100% Black Polyester with Image Armor ULTRA and 10 Washes In (Using Epson OEM Inks)

An update on our Epson OEM inks and Image Armor ULTRA pretreatment print on a Black 100% Polyester Sport-Tek ST340 shirt: 10 washes in and still absolutely no degradation in the image. It looks incredible with the white ink still extremely white and the reds still popping.  Again, this was printed on the Epson F2100 with OEM inks. We just used Image Armor ULTRA and pretreated like normal, printing like normal.

So, if anyone tells you it is not possible… I think this disproves that.  See our original article here: http://imagearmorpt.com/printing-black-100-polyester-with-the-epson-f2100-and-oem-ink/

F-Series Image Armor Inks Available on West Coast at McLogan’s Supply

Image Armor is happy to announce to our West Coast customers that McLogan Supply is now carrying our popular F-Series inks designed for the Epson F200/2100 DTG printers. McLogan’s has multiple locations throught central and southern California.

The F-Series inks are designed with a 35 second white ink (and CMYK) cure time which is almost 3 times faster than the OEM white inks. This will help increase your production rates on smaller designs with less waiting time for the inks to cure on the heat press.

In addition, the ink savings are 30% lower than OEM inks. This means more money in your pocket the more shirts you print! In addition McLogan’s carries the entire line of Image Armor pretreatments. NOTE: When switching over from OEM to the Image Armor F-Series inks you must do a complete flush – see our information on how to properly do that here.

You can find the inks on McLogan’s website or just click on the picture to the left to take you to the McLogan on-line store.

Why You Should Pretreat Every 50-50 White T-Shirt in DTG

Learn WHY You Need To Pretreat Every White Shirt

Why You Should Pretreat Every White T-Shirt

Image Armor is excited to be exhibiting at the Long Beach ISS July 20th – 22nd at the Long Beach Convention Center. Stop by in booth #1010 to talk about DTG and see why you really should be pretreating EVERY shirt you print. We will have on hand samples showing why you should pretreat on EVERY style of garment – including white.

Why You Should Pretreat Every 50-50 White T-Shirt in DTG

Pretreating is the process of “preparing the shirt” to more readily accept the DTG water based inks used in direct to garment printers. Image Armor LIGHT provides a vastly improved surface on white shirts that will change the way you and your customers look at DTG printing. You will be able to see first hand how our proprietary formula improves wash durability and color vibrancy and image clarity on 100% cotton, 50/50 and even 100% polyester shirts.

As you can see in the image to the left, there is a vast difference in the image clarity and colors on this white 50/50 shirt. The Image Armor LIGHT Shirt Pretreatment works great on all CMYK prints and CMYK plus a light highlight white if needed.

Come and join in the DTG Revolution and visit our booth this summer at the Imprinted Sportswear Show in Long Beach. We look forward to seeing you there.

If you can’t make the show in July you can sign up and receive a free quart sample of Image Armor LIGHT Shirt Formula simply by going here. We know you’ll love the results you see so much we are willing to put our money where our mouth is – which is why we are giving it away for you to try. You can also stop by our booth at the show to pick up your free sample if you have not tried the LIGHT Shirt Formula yet.
